Abadon was formed in 1991 in Poland (Kielce), by guitarist Sławomir "Slav" and vocalist Piotr "Beliar". In the initial period of their activity, they showed their fascination of black-thrash metal, creating in particular under the influence of such bands as: Kat, Dragon, Sodom, Death.
